It was happened on last wednesday. A group of 5 person were taking lottery their names to decide who should answer the question from the instructor. Just a simple procedure. Pick one name randomly, and chosen person answer the question.

First take, Dian's name appeared. Second take, again Dian's name picked up. Third take, oh my God, again and again. Was it really random?

Let the TV Idols Show You the Real Fighting Spirit

People have their own goal, even though most of them do not expose or even realize it. At least, all people want their life will be better in the future in term of something, for example economic wealth, career or religious achievement. They should struggle to make it real, with or without support form others. However, we could find people that saying he did the best he could while we judge it was not. Why do not we learn from participants of several reality shows in TV, such as Indonesia Idol or AFI (akademi fantasi indosiar)? They might give us good lesson about how to fight and to make our dream become true.

The first thing that could be mentioned is about the endurance and patience. You should have tough mental in reaching what you desired. Do not be easy to be desperate. We could find these attitudes form the show’s participants while they stood in line for a long time before they were gave a chance to show off their performance. Participant who has loser mental would walk away and thought that the line was suffering him. On the other hand, the winners must be enduring and sure that there will be a time when the world knows who they are. Never give up till the end of the life.

Some participants might also break their family customs which tell that being an artist is not an easy way. What I want to talk is not about to do something opponent with others, but we could able to overcome what people say difficult. It was not a rare case that the finalist of several shows came from unfortunate family. We could also find some of them have physical obstacles. In spite of all of the problems, they said that nothing is impossible and nothing could stop them.

Another lesson that we could get from them is about the willingness to sacrifice. In order to reach what you need, you might spend your own money or leave your current jobs. And probably, during the effort to be success you lost another good opportunity. Some participants missed their exams and must repeat the class, and others broke up their relationship. Shows’ participants thought that it was fine to let them away, because they sure that they would get better, as people said ‘no pain, no gain’.

Enthusiasm of continuous learning and improving ourselves is also a significant factor in keeping our goal reachable. People should always increase their performance and ability so that they are proficient to make their goal happened. We could see how reality shows’ participants did it. They learnt as much as they could. They considered critics and reviews from others as a suggestion for being better. Participants who showed no improvement usually will be beaten from the competition.

As a conclusion, TV reality show gave us entertaining program as well as a lesson to keep our fighting spirit. We could fine some aspects of this spirit by examine the participants attitude before and during the shows.
