It's Moving Time

Kotter's book (Our Iceberg Is Melting) had shown me many things about changing and how to be successful in dealing with it. The first thing that he suggests is make every people aware that the change is urgently needed. My first project is to making more scientific atmospher here. Internal periodic seminar will be the pilot.

Some colleagues had been contacted and ready to be agents. Few professor had been involved in small talks, just to make them notice to the program. Aha... several posters and fliers will be stuck somewhere in the office. Let's moving to the next step then..... Some obstacles may come, but we are together will overcome them.
