new record
This day was the second chance to go to campus by bike, after the exhausting first journey last week . I hardly abandoned the plan when I remembered last week experinced. The distance is 'only' six or seven kilometers, however, I completed it in 75 minutes. In fact, I usually need 20 minutes to reach Baranangsiang kampus with car from my house. Huh, 75 minutes and sweat soaked my whole body. hehe. Dhani had warned me to bring toiletries with me.
Second chance must be better. I completed it faster today, fifteen minutes faster. Oh yeah... new record. Let me put in on my log sheet. haha. Cold water of campus bath room gave me new energy to discuss sampling plan with someone from DEPTAN.
Next, I have to keep recording the lap time and calculate the mean and standard deviation to be used as the reference of my departure schedule.

Wah 75 minutes yah. Lumayan mas sambir membakar lemak :D . Kata Ade Rai minimal olahraga itu 45 menit baru bisa membakar lemak.

Whaa... God gives u an awesome privileges to bike @ work. I can't imagine if I do the same from Cengkareng to Sudirman. Blah!
